IN A BEAT OF A HEART

The main SHADOW aspect of this theme is the loss of faith. And I believe that this is due to living under the authority of the mind. To become a slave to the mind. The rational mind, the thinking mind, the logical mind that bypasses matter, nature, and connection.

I believe that in our long forgotten history, there was a time when this separation began. A separation with all that is. And that it was so long ago, that we can’t remember it. Which as a consequence creates the loss of faith in humanity.

It is quite peculiar to study hinduism in regard to the mind.

They’ve impersonated a god to the likes of the mind; which is Indra.

He is the most powerful god, actually king of the gods. He is supposedly an ally, and yet he sometimes ventures in troubling affairs and also rapes at times…

And this somehow resonates quite strongly with my experience and perspective of the mind.

‘’If you don’t fuck the mind, the mind will fuck you. ‘’

When the mind becomes the sole authority.. have we set up a hell-loop for ourselves.

All is then rooted in separation, in disconnection, in fear.

Paranoia, existential crisis, alienating our bodies are one of the first symptoms of this shadow. Your world appears against you, flooded with enemies, and you are set up to go to war.

Fight, flight, freeze, or fawn.

Those are the choices left to you.

Your heart on the other side, can’t stop but tell you how all is one. Its tenderness, its rawness, its delicateness re-minds us that all that separation is but a veil on our consciousness. That all those differences are within us, and that life is not bound to illusions.

You get through every heart beat a taste that contains all flavours, all colours, all nuances, all shades…

But if the stubborn mind is not ready to see that, then we won’t…

This is the paradox, accepting the separation of the mind.

Because only through the product of separation and reflection can awareness and consciousness take place!
